Viscose staple fiber has formed a diversified market

from 2010 to 2012, due to the continuous production of Xinjiang Fulida phase II, Xinjiang Hailong phase II, Jiangxi Longda chemical fiber, Sedley (Jiangxi) phase II project, Yamei phase II and other projects, the production scale of domestic viscose staple fiber industry will be expanded by nearly 600000 tons

such explosive capacity growth makes many insiders believe that the era of overcapacity in the viscose industry is coming. However, Vicat softening point testing machine adopts computer control technology and windows Chinese (English) interface. With the continuous improvement of the differentiation rate of viscose staple fiber, the traditional 1 Calibration and adjustment of force measurement system of electronic tensile testing machine 5D viscose staple fiber market is gradually differentiating into a diversified market dominated by 1.5D product market, supplemented by bamboo fiber, high white fiber, fine denier fiber, flame retardant fiber and other products

bamboo fiber relieves the pressure of raw materials

bamboo fiber is a relatively successful case in viscose fiber products. In the early stage of the emergence of bamboo fiber, there were cases of two pulp enterprises, Nanjiang (Shanghai pulp factory) and Beijiang (Hebei Jigao chemical fiber) competing for bamboo fiber pulp patents in the industry. This patent dispute has aroused widespread attention to bamboo fiber. In November, 2005, the "Tianzhu" fiber industry alliance was established. Its purpose is to jointly develop and operate "Tianzhu" fiber and its downstream products. The emergence of this industrial alliance is an innovation of traditional industries. Since 2005, the "Tianzhu" industrial alliance has been growing, and bamboo fiber has gradually penetrated into the hearts of consumers

from the perspective of industry development, the emergence of industrial alliance has made bamboo fiber break the shackles of traditional new product development to avoid smoke generated in high temperature and indoor travel. As a branch of viscose fiber, bamboo fiber has also encountered some bottleneck problems in spinnability, such as large static electricity generated during spinning, high knot rate, and high end breakage rate. After these problems appeared, it was under the banner of the industrial alliance that Jigao chemical fiber cooperated with downstream production enterprises to greatly improve the spinnability and other properties of bamboo fiber. In the process of continuous improvement, consumers finally recognized bamboo fiber products. In the second half of 2008, when the financial crisis caused serious losses to many enterprises in the industry, Jigao chemical fiber seized the historical opportunity to gradually withdraw from the traditional 1.5D viscose staple fiber market and devote its energy to bamboo fiber production. This makes Jigao chemical fiber still maintain a good profit level in the financial crisis

at present, besides Jigao chemical fiber can produce bamboo fiber, Tangshan Sanyou also has its own bamboo fiber production process. Other enterprises such as Shandong Hailong and Zhejiang Fulida also have the conditions to produce bamboo fiber. The emergence of bamboo fiber, on the one hand, alleviates the pressure of raw materials (cotton pulp, wood pulp) shortage, on the other hand, solves the downstream market competition pressure caused by capacity expansion. At present, Hebei Jigao chemical fiber has a bamboo fiber production capacity of 30000 tons/year, and its pulp source plant Hunan top has a bamboo pulp production capacity of 40000 tons/year. In December, 2009, Jilin Chemical Fiber Group signed an investment agreement with Jiang'an County, Sichuan Province. Sichuan Tianzhu, a subsidiary of Jilin chemical fiber, will move to Yangchun Industrial Park in Jiang'an County as a whole, and build a 100000 ton/year bamboo pulp and 60000 ton/year viscose staple fiber project with a total investment of about 1.5 billion yuan. The first phase, with an investment of about 500million yuan, plans to build a 50000 ton/year chemical fiber bamboo pulp, which is planned to start construction in April 2010
